Radio Rock on suomalaiseen Sanoma-yhtymään kuuluvan Nelonen Median rockmusiikkiin painottuva valtakunnallinen radioasema. Radio Rockin lähetys alkoi 1. tammikuuta 2007 keskiyöllä entisen Radio Cityn taajuudella.

Ensimmäinen sen taajuuksilla soitettu kappale oli Metallican Master of Puppets. Varsinaiset juonnetut lähetykset alkoivat 15. tammikuuta 2007. Radio Rock aloitti lähetyksensä Internetissä 2. heinäkuuta 2007.

Radioaseman juontajina ja toimittajina toimii entisiä Radio Cityn, YleQ:n ja YleX:n työntekijöitä, kuten Klaus Flaming, Jussi Heikelä, Marce Rendic ja Jone Nikula.

Radioaseman kohderyhmä on 20–44-vuotiaat miehet. Radio Rockilla on viikoittain noin 660 000 kuulijaa, joista noin 70 prosenttia on miehiä. Aseman kuuluvuusalueella asuu noin 4,2 miljoonaa ihmistä. Radio Rockin mainonnassa käytetään maskottina "rokkikukkoa".
